· Healthy eating, planning meals, reading nutrition labels
· Preventing low blood sugar, medication usage
· Action planning, goal setting, brainstorming
· Physical activity, endurance activities, muscle relaxation
· Stress management, depression, difficult emotions
· Communication skills, positive thinking
